Selection PROCESS
The Office of Specializing Master's Programmes and Lifelong Learning will examine the documentation received within the deadline. Only non-Italian University Degrees will be evaluated by a specific board chaired by the Programme Coordinator of the 2nd Level Specializing Master’s programme in Digitalization and Autonomous Commercial Vehicles for a Carbon-Free Logistics.
The partner company will evaluate in their selection process, during the entire application period, only the candidates who meet the  compulsory requirements, check the following link (Who can attend). 
Partner company selection process
A good knowledge of the English and Italian language is considered an essential prerequisite for the final selection. All the steps of the selection process are to be considered consecutive and in chronological order.
ACCESS TO THE SUCCESSIVE STEP IS ONLY GRANTED TO THOSE WHO HAVE PASSED THE PREVIOUS ONE SUCCESSFULLY
The candidates will work within the Engineering area in one of the following departments belonging to the Technology & Digital Department:
  • Electrification Technologies
  • Digital & Advanced Technologies
  • Electronics
  • Powertrain Product Engineering
  Selection consists of several steps: 
  • CV pre-screening, aimed at evaluating:
  1. exams taken
  2. publications (if any)
  3. additional certifications
  4. work/internship experiences
  5. coherence with the requirements needed by the profiles sought by the Company 
  • Phone interview with Human Resources, aimed at evaluating:
  1. Motivation and brief candidate introduction
  2. English language – speaking and listening 
  • Individual online assessment, aimed at evaluating:
  1. Problem Solving
  2. Decision Making
  3. Time management
  4. Empowerment
  5. Inspiring for creativity
  6. Curiosity
  7. Ownership
  8. Empathy
The online assessment will be carried out through specific direct interviews.
  • English online test, aimed at evaluating the candidate’s listening, writing and comprehension skills. Minimum level required: B2 (to be assessed). 
  • Group Assessment and Interviews with Human Resources, Business Managers, and External Partners aimed at evaluating:
  1. Time Management
  2. Planning and organization
  3. Orientation to results
  4. Communication skills
  5. Teamwork
  6. Leadership
  7. Negotiation attitude
  8. Adaptability
  9. Critical thinking
  10. Work ethic
To assess the skills mentioned above, the candidates will be asked to complete a variety of tasks. The selected candidates will be hired by the partner company within the meaning of ex-art. 45 of D. Lgs 81/2015.
