FCA and CRF will evaluate the applications which meet the compulsory
requirements, reserving themselves the right to contact only the candidates who meet their internal selection criteria.
The candidates with the profiles required will be contacted for an initial telephone interview.
In a second step the candidates will be assessed in a group assessment that will include individual and group activities, technical testing and English language testing.
The final step will be a concluding interview with either HR and/or Line Managers.
