All candidates must prove to have a good knowledge of the English language, which must be certified by a language certificate included in the list of accepted certificates (see Table below in order to know the required level and accepted certificates). Candidates who have a Bachelor's degree or a Master’s degree from a University where English is the medium of instruction do not need to submit these certificates. In this case the University must issue a transcript of records which also states that “The medium of instruction is English”.
