Equal Opportunities Committee (EOC)/Comitato Pari Opportunità of Politecnico di Torino (CPO) encourage positive actions for removing obstacles which block men and women equal opportunities in both study and job careers. Its activity focus on guaranteeing a peaceful environment, where relationships are characterized by correctness and reciprocal respect.  
A Behavior Code has been approved by the Academic Senate to defend Politecnico di Torino workers and students dignity. The code introduce the Consigliera di Fiducia/trusted advisor figure who offers assistance and consultancy in case of persecution or discrimination.
