Economic globalization and European integration inevitably interest University. 
Free circulation involves even future engineers. Differences in educational methods and degrees variety request tightening and communication among international operators and students, to improve reciprocal knowledge, state educational characteristics and eventually find equivalences.  
Since many years political authorities identifies this issue starting programs to increase collaboration among universities and public and private entities. 
Some mobility programs have been issued; one of the most important is Lifelong Learning Program LLP/Erasmus, involving 33 Countries, especially from European Union. Some other opportunities are offered for extra-European Countries.
