Students that
didn’t pass the minimum amount of credits for the first year, will be
considered “deficient” enrolling for the second year. Full-time students will
have to insert in the plan of study only courses already attended which still
have to be passed. It will be possible to include other exams (both of the
first and second didactic period) which will be marked as overbooking.
As
soon as necessary exams are passed and registered in September session, and the
student is not considered “deficient” anymore, overbooked exams will be included
in the plan of study respecting the order of inclusion, in the limit of 80
credits.
If in February
session, still “deficient” students pass the necessary exams for stopping being
“deficient”, new courses of the first didactic period will be erased and second
period courses will enter plan of study.
Part-time
“deficient” students shall insert in plan of study only first year courses. If
during February session they stop being “deficient”, they will be able to
include second period courses, within the maximum credits limit.
