Courses attended but still to pass and Overbooking
Courses already present in the study load of previous years but not yet passed or registered in the period of compiling the plan of studystudy load for the new year (courses attended but not passed that the system will highlight in blue), must be compulsorily inserted before the ones to be added for the first time.

Once the permitted limit (80 credits) is overtaken, the last teachings inserted will result exceeding and they will be highlighted in red
However, the system allows to overcome this limit (overbooking) to take into account the exams that are yet to be passed by the autumn session (September) or that have been already passed but not yet registered. At a later stage, as those exams are gradually passed and registered, the pertaining courses will be deleted from the study load, releasing credits and allowing the exceeding exams to enter the study load, in the order of insertion.
This settlement phase normally ends few weeks after the exam session of September.
The courses passed in later exam sessions of the new academic year will not contribute in “unblocking” other credits, therefore contingent exceeding exams (in overbooking) will not enter the study load.
So students have to pay attention to insert exams in order of priority while compiling the study load. Especially students at the end of their course of studies should verify the semester of the courses in overbooking in order to plan the end of the studies in the first possible graduation session.

Courses remaining in overbooking (therefore outside the study load) will not be visible in the personal page of the Teaching Portal and students will not have the possibility to pass and register these exams throughout all the academic year.
