Student guide 2015 - 2016 (ord. D.M. 270/04) | Full-time to Part-time study load conversion

Since the exam session in September and the period to compile the study load overlap, students might not be in a position to compile a part-time study load for academic year 2015/2016 that allows them to complete their course of studies, because of exams whose result is yet to be known or exams yet to be passed or registered.
Students, who enroll as full-time because they do not comply with the requirements needed to enroll part-time (i.e. a study load less than or equal to 36 credits, final project included), can ask the conversion of their study plan from full-time to part-time only in the following cases:

Students acquiring the requirements necessary to enroll part-time by the last exam session of academic year 2014/2015 (September 2015);
Near-graduate students who - after having enrolled full-time to insert in the study load the advanced courses from Master of Science - have not gained by the September session the number of credits necessary to request the advancement of courses and to whom, therefore, these courses have been automatically deleted from the study load. (Please see the paragraph on Courses advanced from Master of Science).

In order to convert the study load from full-time to part-time, students have to visit the Registrar’s Office – General Practices (Cittadella Politecnica – ground floor) by November 30^th 2015.
