As far as the relations with the Public Administration and the authorities managing public services are concerned, the Stability Act, entered into force on 1^st January 2012, establishes that certificates and affidavits can always be replaced by declarations made in accordance with Articles 46 and 47 of Presidential Decree (D.P.R.) No. 445/2000.

The Public administration is bound to accept such declarations, reserving itself the right to conduct verifications and place controls on the truthfulness of their contents.

Log into your personal page of the Teaching Portal, under the section “Segreteria on line” – “Certificati”/Certificates and select “Stampa autocertifocazioni”/ “ Print self-certification”.

In order to prepare a self-certification, you need to drag and drop the list of career information available in the menu on the left hand side.
Once the document has been printed, it is ready and you only need to sign it.
In order to produce a self-certification for an academic career that has been already completed,  select “Altre carriere”/”Other careers”.

If, for any reason, you are not able to print the self-certification from the portal, you can produce the self-certification using this template: Fac-simile dichiarazione sostitutiva.
