The enrolment process has two phases and is considered completed upon conclusion of both phases.
First phase on-line enrolment:
In order to complete the first step of on - line enrolment, you must:
  • achieve your Bachelor's Degree;
  • confirm your data  previously entered in the Apply@polito Procedure;    
  • click on “proceed with enrolment” in the Evaluations section;
  • pay the requested amount of the tuition fees using the payment methods stated below;
  • pay attention to the assigned student ID number;
  • pay attention to the day of appointment proposed with the Office of Student Services to collect your smart -card (student card). It is possible to modify the appointment date by clicking on “change appointment date/time”).
The first phase must be completed within the Deadlines.
How to pay the first installment
The payment can be made using the following payment methods:
  • Credit card (VISA, Mastercard or PostePay – American Express is not accepted): a 1% bank commission will be applied  
  • MAV (Modulo Avviso Pagamento / electronic deposit slip): you can pay your MAV at any bank counter or through the online banking service of your bank. A bank commission of 0.59 Euro is applied for any MAV transaction regardless of the amount.After you pay, you need to register your payment on your Apply@polito  personal page and enter the date of payment.
  • PagoPa (online electronic payment to the Public Administration). You can choose one of the following payment methods: 
    • Avviso di pagamento/ Payment notice: you can generate a payment notice that you can pay at any facility that has a payment agreement with the Public Administration. When you use this method, your payment will be recorded within 24 hours.
    • Credit card: when you use this method, your payment is recorded immediately.
Second phase - enrolment at the Office of Student Services
Enrolment becomes effective when you go to Office of Student Services. The documents to deliver on the day of the enrolment are the following:
  • identification document
  • English language certificate, if required.
This phase must be completed within 30th April 2020 otherwise you will be excluded from the enrolment process.
International students with a foreign Bachelor's degree have to bring on the day of the appointment their identification document and they also have to deliver the Residence permit.
Creating your PERSONAL STUDY PLAN (PSP) and ANNUAL PERSONAL STUDY PLAN (APSP)  
After enrolling in the programme, you need to create your Personal Study Plan and fill in your Annual Personal Study Plan. In order to know how to create them you can see the referring section of the Student's Guide of your Master's Degree course. 
The procedure will have to be completed:
  • by 27th September 2019 if you enrol between 24th July 2018 and 17th September 2019
  • within 10 days of the date of enrolment if you enrol from 18 September 2019.
At the end of the enrolment procedure a message will display the deadlines and the information on how to fill in your Personal Study Plan and Annual Personal Study Plan.
