course introduces the main supply chain management topics and applies them to
Additive Manufacturing (AM) systems.
The first part presents the traditional
structure of a manufacturing supply chain and the associated management
strategies and costs.
The second part analyzes how supply chains should be
designed to reflect the characteristics of AM environments.
Comparisons between
traditional and AM supply chains are made by discussing real applications.
