The aim of the module is to describe how digital-manufacturing technologies will transform every link in the manufacturing value chain, from research and development, supply chain, and factory operations to marketing, sales, and service in terms of:
  • Integrated marketing and customer relationship management;
  • Integrated product process design 4.0;
  • Integrated logistics 4.0 (inbound and outbound);
  • Maintenance 4.0;
  • Quality 4.0;
  • Project portfolio management.
The soft skills related to economics, project management and cross cultural management will also be completed.
