-Thomas International GIA (General Intelligence Assessment), a cognitive ability assessment that provides an accurate prediction of the time will take someone to get to grips with a new role. Moreover this test allows to measure mental capacity and to identify potential leaders.
Last step consists of a final interview with HR and Line Managers through which we will explain the results of the tests and we will investigate the candidate history, in particular: experience, personal and professional motivations, ambitions and aspirations, soft skills and technical skills.
