With this Master we have the aim to introduce within SKF one young talented engineer with a top level preparation. 
Hiring opportunity
SKF will offer to the selected student a job opportunity, hiring him/her at the beginning of the Master Course  through a High Apprenticeship Contract. 
The contract will have the following features:

Area of employment and main tasks:
SKF’s commitment to innovation and technology development is essential in maintaining and strengthening the company’s technological leadership. The Global Testing organization serves as the core experimental centre for SKF worldwide and is based in many different countries around the globe. Amongst others, Global Testing Italy works in close cooperation with Product Development. Here, test engineers continuously generate test results for the verification of SKF products and solutions. 
The main task of the project will be to structure the current way of working with digitalization (High-tech strategy). Today testing laboratories already work with “embedded systems”, which collect and pass on specific data. In the “lab of the future”, information and communication technology and automatization technology will be fully integrated.
Qualifications:
Master Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Material Engineering 
Required Technical and Soft Skills:
Knowledge of methods for analyzing, evaluating, designing and managing complex system, structures and processes;
Knowledge on digital and networkable sensors and control elements (actuators), integrated software solutions and (industrial) communication networks;
Good communication and teamwork ability;
International and cross culture attitude;
Business oriented mindset;
High flexibility and mobility;
Create value and delivers results;
Demonstrates a sense of ownership and lives empowerment;
Demonstrates a high level of integrity;
Fluency in English.

Selection process:
After a pre-screening of the CVs, the candidates who meet the required profiles will be contacted for an initial telephone interview. In a second step the selected candidates will be evaluated in an interview/assessment on motivation, attitude, and personal features, including English test.
The last step will be a final interview (even technical) with Line Managers and HR.
