ELECTRO-PARTS 
Electro-Parts Spa supplies all its Customers with a qualified and global service by using the best solutions concerning either DC Motors and Gear motors production, but also Brushless motors.
The Company development and growth have been achieved either through continue quality research and improvement of both its products and its customer service but also through continuous investments in production technology and IT.
The turnover had been sustained by these important investments that brought to an average turnover growth rate of over 16% per year in last 5 years.Thanks to all these productive synergies, a high flexibility and a qualitative standard corresponding to the requirements of the set of rules ISO 9001:2015 - IATF 16949:2016, is able to satisfy all the requirements of its customers.
Electro-Parts actually employs around 180 people and it extends over a covered area of around 13.000 sqm on a total area of around 27.000 sqm. In the new production facility in Romania, Electro-Parts employs around 60 people, on a surface of around 5.000 covered sqm on a total area of around 12.000 sqm.
Hiring Opportunity 
Electro-Parts Spa will offer to the selected applicant a job opportunty, hiring throught a High Apprenticeship (ex ART.45- D.Lgs 81/2015).

Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management
  • Ability to work successfully in team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Passion for technical excellence and technology advancement
  • Able to self-manage workload across a number of designs
  • Self–directed and motivated
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to document, plan and execute programs
Selection & Recruiting
Selection consists of several steps:
  1. CV pre-screening aimed at evaluating the coherence with the requirements needed by the profiles sought by the Company;
  2. first assessment session will be held by the Tutor and the CEO;
  3. possible second assessment will be held by technical experts of the R&D Dept.
ELECTRO-PARTS SPA will select the Master’s candidate through both motivational and technical assessments.
