The aim of the first part of this module is to introduce the Manufacturing 4.0 organization, to give a general overview of organizations and business and develop the skills to work with self-efficacy in a multicultural environment. The second part of induction is dedicated to start developing the “soft skills” and will cover the topics of communication, Leadershipand, Teamworking Problem Solving & Decision Making.
