  • Industrial engineering specialist
Main activities: Organizational analysis focused on productive systems and production process, to improve the industrial performance. Contribution to autonomous operative teams’ development. 
  • Quality process control specialist
Main activities: Insurance and promotion the Total Process Control of the activity within a productive area. 
  • IT Site specialist
Main activities: Maintenance or implementation of evolutions concerning infrastructures, hardware and software applications of the site. Contribute to the maintenance of the site's applications in accordance with the maintenance/operation contract. 
  • Production business unit leader
Main activities: Insurance and progression of one’s Area collective performance, to reach the official goals set by the shop. Development of autonomy, professionality and wellbeing of one’s team. 
  • Maintenance methods specialist
Main activities: Definition and improvement of technical standard of the industrial equipment with referral to the maintenance domain (fields concerning Safety, Equipments, Quality, Cost…). Improvement of reliability and endurance of the industrial plants using the defined maintenance strategy.  
  • Energy Specialist
Main activities: Contribution to the energetic progress and insurance of the production Site’s energetic performance.
Basic Qualifications
  • Preferred Master’s Degree in the following Engineering majors: Electrical, Electronic, Management, Mechanic, Industrial Production, Chemical, Materials.
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Chemistry.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level)
  • Availability to national and international mobility
Desired Characteristics
We are looking for an energetic individual, able to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and quickly flex and course correct when needed. The candidate would have a teamwork orientation, with an ability of building and fostering relationships within the Company; he or she would have an innovative and problem-solving mindset, with a strong integrity and personal ethics to apply to the workplace.
